The Solution
A 32m x 15m Durakit shed with a 6m eave height and 15° gable roof pitch. The structure uses 310 UB hot-dipped galvanised columns and 600mm deep hot-dip galvanised open web joists across four bays of 8 metres each.
The three-sided configuration provides excellent weather protection on the enclosed sides while leaving one side completely open. This open side allows easy vehicle access and lets farmers drive straight in to load and unload without any obstructions. The two enclosed gable ends add structural support and wind protection.
The generous 6m height provides plenty of clearance for stacking hay to full capacity. The 32m length spans the four bays without internal columns, creating unobstructed floor space for moving equipment and organising storage.
